Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within South Africa We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — R80
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — R150
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Royal Glow Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
